People are pissed at many big corporate companies unfairly cheating their customers with small print clauses to deter or avoid payment to genuine claims for compensation when longstanding customers are most in need.

Okay, well, i am pissed off at the government for stealing my money and extorting me. You see how that becomes a slippery slope?

Mangione has not been charged with a federal crime.

Hes eligible for 20 years for making the can (assuming there were internals to classify it) and 30 for using it in a crime. That means he is eligible for SuperMax, where he can sit incognito, solitary, quiet and forgotten like his hero Teddy until his brain turns to mush.

If he is in a NYS prison he can continue his cause celebres with his Socialist supporters.

At this point i wouldn't be surprised if Biden pardons him.

I cannot see Biden pardoning many people, you would have to be charged with a crime first, you cannot pardon someone ahead of a charge. It would also mean that a pardon means that person acted wrong. And if he pardoned all the people that went after Trump prior to any charge it would mean that they were guilty of it.

I would also say that any pardon could be challenged in the future, on the fact Biden is currently not of sound mind

Good point , Biden decisions  deserve a second look because of his mental health issues (doddering old man state).imop

There is a constitutional right to US Presidential pardons and -- once effected -- there is no mechanism for a challenge.

There's always a mechanism for a challenge.

I'd see that as a likely outcome if Biden starts keeps pardoning people for crimes that haven't even been tried yet.

You can tell from the leftists on this forum that they want america to fail. Thats always been the case, even more now, and they are teaming up with europeans in the hope that the west is destroyed. And they still havent realized why they lost. Its because they hate america and its allies. They want the west destroyed

They might’ve been able to achieve

this( destruction )if Obama’s installed choice was elected .

Fortunately three things happened  to thwart the attempt .

Trump

Musk

Americans vote in the Elections.

Was there an assault?

"individuals who reportedly witnessed her interaction with the alleged assailant are telling a very different story."

Even her own statement sheds doubt on assault

"According to a police report obtained by The Hill, Mace told Capitol Police officers that McIntyre “took her hand with both of his hands and shook her arm up and down in an exaggerated, aggressive hand shaking motion.”".

Both quotes from the link provided.

“Mace told officers she offered her right hand to the man to shake hands, and he clasped both of his hands around her and started shaking her arm up and down "aggressively and in an exaggerated manner."

Mace said she attempted to pull her hand away from the man but was unable to do so.

During the aggressive shaking, Mace said, the man stated, "Trans youth deserve advocacy."

Constitutional Amendment:

In the 1886 case Ex parte Garland, the (US Supreme) Court referred to the President’s authority to pardon as unlimited except in cases of impeachment, extending to every offence known to the law and able to be exercised either before legal proceedings are taken, or during their pendency, or after conviction and judgment.

Such a shame you limit yourself to opinions of only one political bias? Why not open your mind? Some helpers below:

Several media watchdog organizations, including AllSides and Ad Fontes Media, have rated the New York Post as having a right-leaning bias, meaning that its coverage tends to favor conservative viewpoints and perspectives.

This bias can be seen in the types of stories the New York Post chooses to cover, the language it uses in its reporting, and the opinion pieces it publishes. While it's important to note that every news outlet has some degree of bias, the New York Post is generally not considered a neutral or unbiased source of news and information.

Of course, it's always a good idea to consume a variety of news sources with different political leanings in order to get a well-rounded understanding of current events and issues.

Who are you ? Are you trolling me?
Why arent you questioning the World news staff for using the NYP in their thread posting?

Do you have double identity’s?

Exactly!  Nancy has two witnesses too.

Heres the trans activist witness below!
“Her account of the incident has been disputed. Elliott Hinkle, a foster care and trans rights activist, said Mr McIntyre reached out his hand and Ms Mace reached out hers, and they shook hands, according to the Washington Post

Yeah, but that's case law, or 1 interpretation of a clause in the constitution. It all depends on the color of the court, as can be seen in recent years.

The murderer definitely has that Eddie Munster look.  He actually looks more like Wolf Wolf, Eddie’s pet.

What’s up with those eyebrows.  He needs sheep shears just to trim them up.

Not arguing he isn't a leftwing extremist.......but what evidence has been presented to prove/indicate he is?

I was under the impression he had serious medical problems, chronic back pain, problems with surgery, went crazy, and shot this guy, as this CEO represented, to him at least, a totally corrupt medical insurance system.

Maybe because he lived in a commune in Hawaii?

Some developments In the UK under the new Labour government are concerning. They include the cancelling of traditional street names, the cancelling of local elections, and the proposal to cancel jury trials.

Would love to know where you get your fake news sourced.  I never ever saw one publication saying he lived in a commune!
From January to June 2022, Mangione lived at Surfbreak, a “co-living” space at the edge of touristy Waikīkī in Honolulu.
