I'm 3 days late with 90 day report. Seeking advice please.

Featured Replies

Hi, I'm three days late with my 90 day report. I tried applying on the TM 47 application page and got an acknowledgement email plus a filled-out pdf of the form TM 47. Did I receive the pdf to print it out and take to Immigration Office, or is there a possibility I might get a positive response from the online system, even though I'm 3 days late? Wondering about my next move.

Many thanks for any advice/information.

ur allowed to be late 7 days with no fine, after that 2,000 baht ( with receipt)  1,000 ( without) at most immigration's

You can only apply for 90 day online report within the 15 days before due window. As you are 3 days overdue you would have to report in person (before 7 days overdue to avoid a 2000 baht fine)

As for the online pdf you received, I just applied on Wed and instantly recieved a pdf submission form by email. The next day I received the pdf approval form which has the next 90 day due date on it (I assume you will receive a 'rejected' email instead)

Your post is not clear.

So you did online application for 90 day report.

The PDF is simply record of what you filled in on form.

To far right side it will have status

Pending, Rejected, Approved.

You applied post due date?

It will be rejected.

You can do it in person up seven days after date due and avoid the 2000b fine.

If you are handy to immigration and not busy type you can do it in person.

I deal with CW so I would skip it and do it next time at immigration for some other reason cop 2k fine

Thanks everyone who replied and helped. I actually received a reply to my online application - 'Rejected' and told to go to Immigration. So, I went to an agent and she offered to do it (500bt) .... so I'm happy - I had thought, before I read all your messages that I was facing the 2000bt fine, so I'm relieved to get off with 500 to my agent.

Lesson learned:  Don't miss the date next time

Thanks all. 😀😄
