Am looking at some sort of side hustle that can earn a few baht here and there.

All I see so far online is things that are way over my head like, programming for example or ideas like drop shipping which I think "the boat has sailed" and not worth doing.

Anyone else like me and got no tech skills ?

How old are you, where you live, drivers license, ? Languages?

If I was trying to do something here, I would be in real estate marked.

Are you married?

Am in Thailand, got licences and married. Real estate? no thanks, not got that kind of money

There's a huge number of people out there who make money by selling and renting out other peoples houses on their behalf.

It requires zero money.

Doesn't take a lot of money, BUT, does take a trusting partner.  I've lived here (24 yrs) basically rent, and big ticket item (car, mb), for free.

Land being best investment, as appreciates nicely.  House on the land, not so much, if at all.  11 parcels have paid for houses, cars & MBs, over the years.  Along with, not paying rent, since living in.  Did have rentals for about 5 years, while houses being built, but minimal rent, and think, they're all included also, with profit & appreciation of land.

You want to buy a lot, just off the main road, that leads to a metro, urban area.  Hopefully hard surface and water & electric access right there.  3-5 years and should double in value.  <200-300k baht to get started for 400 m², location dependent.

Do you have a work permit?

Obviously, you might get away with whatever you might do. But maybe not. Be aware of the risk.

How wrong you are, Hummin!

This guy is a pessimist, first reply of his to a suggestion was "don't have that kind of money" without even asking how much it would require, second reply of his was "sounds like a scam" when told it requires zero money!

This guy was born to fail, I suggest we leave it to him to do just that!

Sorry, but I'm not Scottish, still

🫣😁

He got the right attitude to succeed. Since we travel alot with empty car, we (my wife) have bought fruits, packaged them, and sold them at places where there is higher prices. Also sold through Facebook markeds and sent by post. Not big money, but covers the holiday expenses. We already have her parents on our pay roll working at the farm, so no extra cost

nice idea

What jobs have you done in the past that you could do online for other people?

Jobs in the past, forklift driver, truck driver, van driver

Parts advisor (parts supply)

So, driving jobs can't do here, or online.

Parts advisor nobody does this online or remotely. It just doesn't exist . It could if companies set it up and the remote advisor could have the software and take orders from garages that order using said programmes.

But I, can't do that job here either.

As for all these digital online jobs, I don't have a clue.

Plenty of bright young things on youtube pushing online jobs for dummies but all of those I don't have a clue or any experience.

A pick up truck comes handy when you first got one, and a few extra hands that do not cost anything extra.

Vacuum packaging machine and a decent logo
