Is home cooking cheaper than buying the pre made Thai food from 711 that's the most important question
And you may ask why
And I will tell you
For those who live near the Jomtien complex in Pattaya ,next door to that Jomtien medical clinic is a family mart that sells nutritional pre-made thai food for 60b
Thanks for reading
Stick with vegetables that are low glycemic, like broccoli, cauliflower, salad greens, cabbage, carrots, bell peppers of all colors, zucchini squash, green beans, and others. Stay away from, or limit, starchy ones like rice, pasta, corm, root vegetables and the like. All protein sources are good, like chicken, beef, pork, fish, eggs. You can stir fry those veggies with meat easily. Grilled also, with veggies sides steamed or boiled. Don't drink calories in any form. (If you like to drink alcohol, limit them). Look for soy milk, almond, pistachio or oat that is unsweetened unless you aren't sensitive to regular milk. Read labels to see the amount of sugar in boxed cereals and rice dishes. Easy to google low sugar and fat recipes that are easy to prepare.
Because usually it is not necessary. Act up enough in the UK to garner the attention of armed police (yes, Britain has them... F a doodle do, are you people for real?) and you'd wish you hadn't. Get off YouTube and do some travelling, guy!
The poster did not state about a large sum (which I would consider upper 4 digit pounds).
Go to the main branch of TT on 2nd rd and come back here if they have less than 5000 GBP in the drawer.
