Buses and Coaches

Featured Replies

I am sometimes based just by the 304 in Prachin Buri.

There is a minivan that goes to Pattaya and I have used it once. It was "ok" I got me there 555 but it took ages as the driver took all the routes to avoid any tolls and like a lot of them do, many stops to pick up and drop off parcels and other passengers.

Some coaches (buses) run right by me on the 304 that come from Ubon Ratchathani and Nakhon Ratchasima and they end up in Rayong but some stop in Pattaya. I have seen them stop to drop off and pick people up less than 800 yards from me.

I have looked at the coaches when I see them but no phone number or website is shown on them. And typically I am driving past or in traffic so cant stop and ask the driver.

Does anybody know what coach companies there are and any websites etc?

Both 407 Pattana and Phet Prasert buses go from Pattaya to Korat, Udon or Nong Khai which all likely take that road. Can't help with websites as I've only used 407 Pattana and booked at their office.

Nakhonchaiair buses from Rayong pickup and drop off in Pattaya but don't appear to have a route near you.

I will check those out

Thanks

Just looked at a map and some of the Nakhonchaiair ones might go near you, eg to Buriram, Ubon, Sisaket, Surin but I don't know the exact routes they follow.

I saw one of the said coaches today as I came out of the moo barn. I had an idea where it might stop so I parked the car quick and managed to ask the driver if he goes to Pattaya. At last, I was thinking I can find out!

But this coach doesn't goto Pattaya ..... damn it 555

Think I will get the Mrs to contact them.

On their website they stop at Phanom Sarakham, so I think the coach goes past me on the 304 to Phanom Sarakham.

Then it says it will stop in Pattaya.
