DeSantis covid grand jury finds no evidence of crimes

A statewide grand jury didn’t find evidence that COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers broke federal or state laws when making and distributing the shots, according to a report published Tuesday.

The publication of the grand jury’s final report comes more than two years after Gov. Ron DeSantis asked the Supreme Court to assemble it to investigate wrongdoing related to the COVID-19 vaccines. At the time, DeSantis eyed his unsuccessful bid for the presidency and explained his petition by saying that misrepresenting the efficacy of a drug was against Florida law.

You know that saying that the government can get a jury to convict even a ham sandwich? A case the government's tried to buildagainst the vaccine manufacturers was so bad that Desantis'  bright idea utterly failed.

Grand Juries are for investigations and in ones run by ethical prosecutors one can expect such a result. Unlike Jack Smith and Fanni Willis.

Before a grand jury is convened, there should be some basis in evidence. Otherwise it's just a fishing expedition which is something no ethical prosecutor would undertake. In Trump's case there was an abundance of evidence.

How many Grand Jury investigations have you been involved with? None.

What was the predicate for the Grand Jury investigation at issue? You have no idea.

What is the Prosecutors duty to present exculpatory evidence to a Grand Jury?

Tell us what Evidence there was against Trump in the Fanni Willis investigation?

You comment on things you are clueless about

How do you know how many Grand Jury investigations I've participated in? When you make an allegation like that, you need something called evidence to back it up.

If there was a Predicate, why is it that the Grand Jury said it uncovered no evidence of criminality. How can there be a predicate without any evidence to support it in the first place?

If no evidence was produced that proved criminality, what need would there be for exculpatory evidence?

As for the final question, can't you give Trump a rest in a thread where the subject isn't even remotely about him?

You've got nothing.

And if it's cluelessness you're concerned about, I suggest you start looking closer to home.
