Well if he is found GUILTY, he will enjoy his stay at ''THE BANGKOK HILTON''

There is a prison on phuket, if anything he will go there, depends on the amount of drugs nd if he get done for selling or possession

Silly fool - carrying drugs in Thailand is ridiculously stupid.

Kamala police known for taking bribes, just ask a swiss guy that used to own a bar down the square. Who is still seen in that area often out of his face. Was arrested with a lot of stuff, got his wealthy parents to pay 1.2 million baht get me out of jail fees.. on the day he was released was seen trying to do another deal at a bar down the beach. He was in business with the police bagman tea money collector.

Instead he was on cat tranquilizer like his hero Elon Musk likes to do before he attacks Democracy.

And yet is commonly used in Hospitals as an alternative to morphine.

I've long thought that people who get busted for such things in Thailand were doing the same in their home countries. I believe that if you have a drugs conviction you can forget about getting a visa (or ESTA) for the USA?

As a general anesthesia by trained Anesthesiologists.

So is fentanyl.  I did some in a hospital when they wanted to shove a camera up my butt.

Just because doctors use medications in controlled settings with you hooked up to a monitor doesn't mean you should do it recreationally. 🙄

I know this is a very beautiful country but always amazes me the lengths people will go just to stay in the LOS, I guess he will be staying a little longer now, this is one way to avoid paying for visas, accommodation and fish head soup.

Also sure it is not only Brits doing this kind of daft stuff.

Hard to fix stupid!

15 years in jail for carrying a horse tranquilizer? You're having a larf!..

Hopefully he can bribe his way to bail and skip over the border where he will be safe from the barbaric clutches of the Thai legal system.

Yeah agree - the penalties here are pretty harsh but he must have known that, its a class B in the UK so he'd probably have got some time there.  Should count himself lucky he never had anything heavier on him.  Reckon the baggies probably sealed it for him might have got away with a slap if it was personal.
