49cc Honda scooter
Is that a statement or a question? I've seen 2T bikes all over Thailand. Probably the most common is the Nova Dash, although there are quite a few KR150's and NSR150's about as well- 1

Revenue Department boss calls on tax residents in Thailand to file 2024 returns by March 31
15% of the tax season has passed us by, and thousands, soon to be millions will have filed their tax returns, with no new English forms provided. The new 2567 Thai forms are available online. And you think sometime in the middle of tax season, or heck maybe even on the last day 'cause it only takes a day to file, possibly millions of taxpayers will become obligated to re-file their tax returns? Or do you expect major changes requiring declaration of all foreign remittances, including those non-assessable and exempt and non-taxable, will ONLY be required on English language forms? Berry pickers returned from Finland get a free pass? In that case, I'll just file Thai tax forms, as legally permitted, and not declare that which must not be declared. Even better, when Thailand moves to global taxation (on English forms only), me and the Russian and Chinese non-English speaking tax residents won't have to comply. Genius! -

US ATM Card
It sounds like you accidentally accepted Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) during your ATM transaction (you can Google that phrase). When the ATM offers to show the withdrawal amount in your home currency instead of Thai Baht, it's always DCC. While this might seem convenient, it comes with hidden costs. If you see it, click cancel or back. Some ATMS really try to get you to select DCC by showing it and encouraging you to click "continue." If you choose to withdraw in your home currency, the ATM's bank sets its own exchange rate, which typically includes a markup of around 5% or more. To avoid this, always choose to complete transactions in Thai Baht. This way, the conversion will be at the Visa or Mastercard at the mid-market rate, which is quite favorable. Regardless of your choice, you’ll still be charged the standard 220 baht ATM fee for using a foreign card in Thailand. A few US financial institutions (e.g., Schwabe) will reimburse the 220 ATM fee. -

Phillips Air Purifier not working
Thanks. The filter has been cleaned and I seem to remember a different code that shows when it needs cleaning. I've tried pressing and holding the Start button but it doesn't change anything. -
