Non-O Stay extension in the case of no rental

Featured Replies

Hello everyone, this is for the application of extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai wife.

If my TM.30 address is registered in the same address as my wife's house registration, do I understand correctly that I do not need to provide a rental agreement and/or ID of the house owner? I can just use my wife's ID and house register in the application?

OP, you don't require rental agreement.

Here is list. Posting this for others as good post from @richard_smith237

I used 2x printed colour photos per A4 page (I also took a copies of 4 photos, 1 per A4 page as I read immigration ‘could’ be difficult about this - they weren’t and accepted 2 photos per A4 page).

In Bangkok they are less likely to want to visit your house..."

As per usual different immigration offices may/do have own "requirements "

Also TM6 not required..
