I have just checked the Thai FDA website and there are now valid registrations for the production/supply of tadalafil in the names of the following Thai companies:
Pinnacle Chemmed
Sai Pharma
Top Tree & Co.
Linaria Chemicals (Thailand)
Vita, and
Macrophar
Now while these companies have licenses for manufacture, it does not mean that they do so. However, you would think that as the patent expired long ago on Cialis (tadalafil), generics would be readily available here and at a much lower price, but that is not the case. Also, there is the issue of the drug being prescription only. Still bit of a head scratcher as the price of sildenafil dropped considerably when the Thai Government Pharmaceutical Organization started to manufacture it here.
Im under the impression that amount has to be in your name only, get a will.
Another good reason to have it in your name only is even though you think you know your wife there was a case once in here where the mrs had access to the masters bank account, coming up for visa renewal he realised she had spend the bulk of those funds putting him in the pickle.
May not have had any malice intended but do we need problems in our old age?
