Need a silk screen shop that can do a high resolution silk screen Tshirt from a PNG file

Hi everyone,

 

Does anyone know of a silk screen shop that can accept a PNG file and do a very high resolution screen print? The shops in the Rangsit area we have visited want vector graphics, and that is essentially impossible for this design. We tried several conversion utilities online, and even had a Thai try and convert the design for us, but the results are terrible. There is a lot of fine detail in the image.

 

This screen print needs to be done in PMS 871C, so it can't be done by a digital printer.  This is for my wife. The order is for about 100 shirts, and she's rapidly running out of time.

 

Oh, and cost is obviously a factor.

 

Does anyone know of a knowledgeable shop in the area that can handle a project like this?
