I'm surprised he wasn't fined 50 quid and released, after which any citizens who criticizes the government would be throw in prison for 5 to 10  years.  The UK has seriously lost the plot.

Well he wasn't was he - he was sentenced to a minimum of 52 years. Did you miss that? So why comment on something imaginary that didn't happen?

Yep, target number 1 for the rest of his miserable days inside Belmarsh. Won't be long before he gets his first revenge attack carried out on him by some of the inmates.

Nothing about the recent history of Rwanda suggests importing these problems to a first world country is a good idea.

I think has already happened.  The last government had a policy to send asylum seekers to Rwanda as it was deemed a safe country.  The Rwandan genocide was a long time ago.

MoJ responds after reports Southport killer Axel Rudakubana was beaten up in Strangeways prison

Axel Rudakubana is currently being held in a segregation unit at HMP Belmarsh due to fears for his safety among general prison population.

The Ministry of Justice has also confirmed that the claims made in the audio recording are false. It is also unclear whether Rudakubana will remain at HMP Belmarsh in south-east London - a high-security prison designed to house the most dangerous offenders.
