I really don't see the formation of a "European Army" anytime soon and DEFINITELY not in time to give anyone but the US, Ukraine and Russia a seat at the table but we wouldn't them to move from "Annoyed" the "Miffed".

But it is worth noting, that none of them called him a liar.
