Wanted Home Office Or Apartment And Office

I am in desperate need of some accommodation, I have had a similiar post on the real estate section for two weeks or so and had one reply.. surely there must be something available??!!

Prefer a small office of about 50sq to 200 sq with adsl (or can connect), would be great if it had two rooms, bathroom facilities - not looking for anything real flash, but am open to anything.. As long as it is on a transport route or 10 minute walk to one, I am interested.

There will be about 5 people working from their, so as long as they can feel happy, Im happy.

Also an unfurnished townhouse or apartment (if apartment, must have good facilities like gym and pool etc. and be large enough for me to have a lounge area, kitchen and at least 2 bedrooms)..

Locations preffered would be close to asoke or emporium or within 15 minutes to..

budget is open - throw a dart and times by whatever - I just need a place now..

any info much appreciated.

You could try Regus for lots of flexibility. I think they'll cost a bit, but have full services. Ploen Chit station area though.

I did come across propertyintown.com, but many listing seem to be, not up to date...

I will be in bangkok this week, so I will just have to walk around and look I suppose.

Might be an idea to start a rental property business, as there has been little feedback here and Im sure, many people also look for rentals also.

I have actually, contacted 13 agents and have not had a reply.. 3 are sponsors on this forum!!

so I thought I would ask the expats here and have had 3 replies from people.. one I will meet this week, the rest are stupid prices for idiots..

Best way is to call them, tell them desired location, size, utilization and budget.

Check out Sukhumvit suites on Suk 13. When I looked at it in March they had units available. 50-130sqm.

My wife and I moved to Cholburi at the end of May and we have been so satisfied with our three year residency here that we would like to find a new tenant for our landlord. The condo is on the 18th floor overlooking the swimming pool on the 12th floor. The balcony is large. The condo has three bedrooms (one used as an office), three bathrooms, living room, dining room and small kitchen. The condo is 184 sq. meters in size (large) and is fully furnished, all teak wood cabinetry and closets (even has a teak wood roll-top desk in the master bedroom). TV, refrigerator and washing machine are included. The main selling point of this condo is the landlord. He is a peach of a landlord. Maintenance of things such as air-conditioners and other appliances is performed on time (always with a polite call in advance). Any problems (very few to be sure) are handled promptly with a smile. I wish we didn't have to move.

The condo is located on Ladprao Soi 23 (400 meters from the Ladprao subway station) and is renting for 4x,xxx baht per month (normal lease with 3 months down). The condo has just been refurbished and is now ready for occupancy. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Ladprao subway station (10 baht ofr motorcycle taxi).
