The Dark Under-Belly of USAID

At one time in the era of John F Kennedy USAID's mission may have been predominately foreign aid, but in this era it had morphed into something much darker and more sinister and using the trope of "US aid to 'save starving children' as cover for other nefarious funding goals.  I expect these investigations to get more and more interesting as facts are revealed from those inside the organization.
