Unfortunately, Dougie is the dim bulb of the family;  which is saying something given that his brother was a crack head, a pill popper, and an alcoholic who regularly abused other people, including females.   btw - Dougie and Robie inherited their political positions from their father.   He is, however, just smart enough to know that there is no way that Ontario is going to prosper from a trade war with the US.    He is only trying to bluff his way through.

 

Robie was a very funny dude when high, though, according to Wikipedia, In November 2013, on live television, Ford denied that he had made lewd remarks to a female aide, wherein he allegedly said he wanted to give her oral sex. In his denial, he said, "I'm happily married. I've got more than enough to eat at home.

 

Looking at pics of Robie, he'd fit in very well on a stool on 6th St. in Pattaya (of course most liberals would).  "I was mayor of Torontoe as well as Canadian SAS".  Here's a pic with the crack pipe:
