Cataract Eye Surgery in Chiang Mai - Recommendations Please

Featured Replies

Any first-hand experience - good or bad - to share would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Chiang Mai Hospital - great doctor (for eyes) that used a long time checking my eyes. I'd otherwise been to Princ Hospital and got what I reckoned  was an incorrect diagnosis, so went to CM Hospital. Turned out I had something completely different wrong, and at CMH I was advised to get my eyes "laser checked" - and quickly, too! Excellent service and advice from CMH and I'm planning on getting a (mild) cataract in one eye done there, very soon. At this very moment they have a package deal for cataracts (all included) for 38K.

Cheers and good luck
