They wouldn’t be trying to defend their decision so full forward if they all didn’t know it’s a bold face lie. No one is agreeing with this nonsense and they aren’t going to change their minds with a few lines of BS. Shame on Thailand’s leadership.

You are somewhat mistaken though. The world knows. But the average Thais do not know all the story. My Thai wife thinks these were illegals who entered for finding work and started working in phone scams.. This is the type of news being fed in Thai language and the rumors spread in social media. She had thought these people were all scammers for many years caught and supported by the Thai Gov while waiting in prisons to finishe their sentences for their crimes and now they were sent back to their country. These are the types of lies being fed to the locals.

When i told my wife the truth, she was shocked and appalled.

That has got to be the most ridiculous comparison I have ever heard.

Kudos to the US for taking action and drawing attention to the atrocities committed by China and its accomplices

Bangkok has emphasised its adherence to humanitarian principles and its historical role as a refuge for those fleeing persecution.

There is no historical role of Thailand doing any such thing.

If this deportation was strictly according to all International rules, why were the victims taken in the middle of the night, in police vans with the windows covered up and the police signs covered over?

There was no official announcement until the press stories broke.

It was 100% an attempted cover up.
