Great book. As a kid read all of the stuff in Grandpas collection (Grandma says he was doing an academic study, but with her knobby feet and boobs pointing to the floor, Im sure Grandpa wasnt very academic). What wonderful stuff

OK about Ms. Willis but to me, the real interesting person here is Ms. Ashleigh Merchant who blew the whole thing open with her request for Willis/Wade documents. I read a comment from Ms. Merchant that much of her legal experience was working as a public defender where she had little financial resources available, so she was used to going after records that maybe someone else didn't.

Ashleigh Merchant is a real lawyer. One that basically says F/u to the government for their client. They dont need to do the political suckup game, they are two good. Every legal community has them, the ones that wont play the game.

Megyn Kelly did a great interview with her back when the story broke. She was amazed no one else had found it, and she said it seemed so blatant it was hard to believe.
