It's not beyond the realms of possibility that Jeffrey Goldberg was deliberately on the list (and maybe is privy on other lists of the Trump administration given his pro-zionist stance and IDF prison guard background). The fact he was quick to spill the beans about this could be his way of saving his career before someone else noticed and pointed a finger at him for staying quiet. It's not unusual in the least for the world's editors-in-chief of very big publications to get tipped off about things. It's just kept quiet - kind of like developing major sources and then protecting them. Otherwise, then yes, it's just one huge f@ck up and the truth will eventually come out - or not.

Having scrolled through I see the usual instant high blood pressure frothing at mouth mob spewing their usual crap but the facts are that the app Signal was being used which was also used in the Biden admin and it seems NO war plans were discussed. Definitely a human error which ain't going to happen again you could bet your bottom dollar on this but some of the comments on here are far, far away from being rational.

I saw a bit of the congressional investigation where the relevant officials were questioned- what a bunch of oafs, and then ( elsewhere ) Hesgeth claiming nothing classified was discussed is shooting himself in the foot ( which was in his mouth at the time ).

 

If, as he claims, Trump was unaware of it, he will be asking uncomfortable questions of his minions.

While I doubt it made any operational risk, this has the chance of becoming a major embarrassment for Trump, and I certainly hope so.
