Do you think Ex Director James Comey will be indicted ?

Featured Replies

Since he’s officially under investigation again as of 2025 and Trump’s administration kept the key Inspector General Mr. Horowitz while firing the rest! I think its etched in stone!

2019 Reuters:

“ The U.S. Justice Department has decided not to prosecute former FBI Director James Comey despite an internal investigation that found he improperly leaked information to the news media, the department's internal watchdog said on Thursday”.

No. Comey contributed to trump being elected. We already know trump has weaponised the Justice system. US is currently on it's way to be an autocracy unless GOP will stand up and actually fulfil their Oath to Defend the Constitution.

You think trump want to emphasize that due to comey's leak he won the election?

Naaa if trump thinks there’s something to gain by ruining someone’s life he’d do it,with his pet justice system anything goes.

In theory Trump could send in a special forces ops team to deal with Comey and not be criminally liable. That's what the Supreme court's recent decision on Presidential immunity means.

The old chestnuts " everyone is equal under the law" and "if you can't do the time, don't do the crime" has been reversed quick smart now the democrats will have to answer for all their crimes.

Seems being the hunter was more fun than being the hunted.

You may jest, but I believe the statement.

Have you forgotten the Barr-Durham fiasco?

The fiasco that got the WSJ to run a full page headline about the Russia collusion hoax that stated "Hillary did it"? Yes, I remember it well. It was a kick in the jimmys to the uninformed or evil censors that had falsely and without evidence forced a nonsensical narrative on participants.

Remind me, were you on the factually correct side of the Russia collusion HOAX?😅🤣

Nice try at deflection. What don't you understand about the fact that the Attorney General, William Barr strongly backed John Durham in his investigation to look into political bias in the justice dept as the reason for the investigation. They both actually went on the record as being dissatisfied with the IG's finding that political bias didn't enter into it.  Durham's investigation found nothing. The only case he won was against a low level line lawyer by using evidence developed by the Inspector General of the Justice Dept. Almost 4 years of investigation and he came up with nothing.

Nope.  All these deep-state critters are made out of Teflon.  Bondi and Patel aren't going to rock the boat.

Still deflecting from the fact that there was no conspiracy in the Justice dept to go after Trump. No illegality committed.  A 4 year investigation into that belief  with the highest backing ended in complete and utter failure.

Maybe they can go Jurisdiction shopping ! Do what the dems do, only with judges!

Im not a lawyer but Florida ,Texas or Missouri sounds prefect.

Also he is under investigation for a wide variety of things, such as the two honey pot plants that had no predication for a start.

“The whistleblower disclosure stated they have first-hand knowledge that Comey ordered and personally directed the investigation. They also described the investigation as a fishing expedition to find something incriminating rather than targeting a specific crime”.

They won’t need to. Trump will be clearing out all the dodgy judges before the main act when people like Comey will be taken down.

Exactly how? Federal SWAT teams?

So it is said , so it must be done, fingers crossed . Another thing,

Bondi & Patel have high bars to overcome, they will try hard to

make the evidence stick as opposed to to the left were they only needed to go judge shopping and have a willing leftist jury pool such as DC & NY.

What is Venue in a Criminal Case?

In legal terms, venue refers to the specific geographic location where a court with jurisdiction will hear and decide a case. Jurisdiction is the authority of a court to hear a case, while venue is the actual place where the case is heard.

In criminal cases, the venue is usually the location where the alleged crime occurred.

However, there are circumstances where the venue can be changed, or challenged.

Comey is a criminal and should be locked up in a supermax.

Sadly like others say they are like teflon and Bondi is inept.

Trump has less than 2 years to do it.

If Trump could have done it, it would have happened in his first term during the failed Durham investigation.

He was surrounded by traitors that didn't his follow orders.

Even now the deepstate bureaucratie is hindering him.

William Barr and John Durham  were traitors? What orders from Trump didn't they follow?

YES !  Barr was actively sabotaging Trump.

Trump was warned about Barr , but still he chose him , big fault.

Not sure about Durham .

John Bolton and John Brennan come more to mind.

And some of his inner staff in the whitehouse.

He chose better now , except for Bondi maybe.
