Upon arrival, officers arrested the bar's manager, 24-year-old Jaryaporn, whose surname was not disclosed. Investigators seized receipts indicating alcohol sales and charged her with selling booze without a licence and causing a public disturbance with loud music.

Some people just don't learn.

Except for helmetless motor bike drivers; and speeding motorists; and redlight runners.

If you really want to clean up Pattaya's BOTH daylife and nightlife, stop letting in the increasing trash sub-humab low-lives  from abroad. Do just that and things will improve dramatically.

Yet another place without a license. It's not the hardest thing in the world to get , so why do they never bother getting one 🙈

Probably because they are banned from obtaining a license due to previous breaches of the licensing laws.
