The guy is an illegal immigrant. He should be deported just for that.   If he was an illegal in Thailand he would also be deported once caught, no excuses allowed.   Good for Trump

  • Just another America hating, terrorist loving topic.

I think his fellow gang members will protect him. That he wasn't skinned alive for having anauthorized gang tatts tells serious observers all they need to know about this bad hombre.

Of course msm consumers will believe he is a poor innocent lamb and ignore the reality of unauthorized gang tatts so they can do more irrational hating on Trump.

IF he ever gets returned Ill happily chip in to buy him and his crew a clubhouse next door to the judge. Sweet justice.

Again, ignorance of judicial process and constitutional rightsz

Look them up.

Sorry? Are you with the hivemind on the narrative that he is an innocent lamb to be sent to America where he had illegally entered, or are you admitting that he is obviously an ms13 member as he is surviving gang prison but due process wasn't followed?

For any of the forum hivies, I will gladly pay for you to have full body MS13 tatts and you can swagger around their neighborhood and see what happens🤣 A fast education & wake up call.

He doesn’t have to be innocent.

His, and everyone else’s Constitutional rights and rights to due process are not dependent on guilt or innocence, certainly not on assumptions of guilt  that has not been proven in an open court of law.

2 factors that you're missing.  1) He was already adjudicated as an MS13 member and ordered deported, but that was delayed because El Salvador was so dangerous at the time. It's not as dangerous now.  2) His protected status changed when Trump used his authority to declare MS13 a terrorist organization, which he'd already been adjudicated as a member- sustained on appeal.

He got his due process.

Personally, I don't disagree that it was a mistake to send him.  But not because he didn't get his day in court.  Only for the optics and giving the never Trumpers fresh meat to deflect from the 200+ they're not worried about.

He was under court orders not the deported:

“In October 2019, an immigration judge denied Abrego Garcia’s asylum request but granted him protection from being deported back to El Salvador because of a “well-founded fear” of gang persecution, according to his case. He was released and ICE did not appeal.”

He was under court order not to be deported to El Salvador.

So, he'll have to be brought back, which will take a year, be brought before an immigration judge and deported again.

Oh so now ‘Adjudicated’ is guilty.

That’s not going to lay well elsewhere.

Which clause of the constitution gives the executive the power to ignore a court order?

ThT’s nothing more than an admission on your part that you know his deportation was an illegal.

Who's ignoring a court order?  The court ordered Trump administration to "facilitate" his return.  Bondi offered to send a plane to pick him up.  Bukele said, no thanks.  What would you have them do, invade a sovereign nation to bring back a terrorist so he can be deported again?  That would just be dumb.

And, not to go down the whataboutism rabbit hole, what president hasn't defied the courts?  None in my lifetime.

Any American who thinks this is OK aren't real Americans in my book.

A different perspective which completely refutes your comment and rips the CNN reporter to shreds and clearly points out that your comment is based on misreporting.

Bet you do not watch this.

Your ignorance is broad and deep. It is about the 5th amendment:

"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

"no PERSON" no mention of citizen: PERSON.

He is being deprived of liberty and may soon lose life. The state has not provided evidence before a court that he is a gang member. That has already been settled. There is no legal basis to send him off for rest of his life in El Salvador prison.

You are wrong. You appear in a Courtroom with just that, you better be prepared.

But just so the Forum is clear, you are contending that the Constitution applies to illegal aliens, righ?

Could be you next. In the Oval Office press meeting Trump said "Home growns can be next, I'm all in favor, Pam is working on it".  So Pam is working on deporting Americans to El Salvador without any due process 🙂

Well, he is a citizen there and back home in El Savador.  He should be happy and if he is not a gang member he has nothing to worry about.  Good luck to Kilmar.

What I don't understand is why >200 people , deported without the Constitutionally required due process, go to a prison in a foreign country?

If I am deported for being in Thailand illegally, I don't go to a SuperMax prison upon being returned to the States. I just go home.

Can some MAGAT explain that?
