That "Nobody above the law" mantra of the democrats pre their electoral thumping never fails to make me laugh. How they set themselves up for the most humilation possible, nicely played guys. MOA rake

The house committee that has raised these allegations is the same one that repeatedly insisted it had proof that Joe Biden had profited from the activities of Hunter Biden. How did that turn out?

There’s no public evidence of wrongdoing  Re:ActBlue.

It is subject to FEC regulation like all political fundraising platforms. However, the optics of large volumes of cash from grassroots sources make it a frequent target by Republicans concerned that it is so effective in attracting donations.

If the American public were to show any concerns over political donations they might want to think about Musk and the silicon valley brown nosers.

I guess you missed the O'Keefe (OMG) pieces where they knocked on the doors of double-wides and asked the occupant whether they had actually donated to the Dems 1,000 separate times for a total of a lot more than their house was worth, even if you include the blow-up swimming pool.

Someone's going to jail for this.  You know that's gonna happen when so many of the ActBlue lawyers all jumped ship at the same time.

What is your record on the Biden corruption saga? For newbies sake, you abrasively and falsely claimed the laptop which had already been verified by the FBI had " no metadata" and was a hoax.

How did that turn out?😅

How many times do I have to shoot down your claims?

Comer cited three “direct monthly payments to Joe Biden from Hunter Biden’s business entity” as evidence that Joe Biden profited from a deal Hunter Biden made with a Chinese energy company. But Hunter Biden’s attorney said the payments — which totaled a little over $4,000 — simply reflect Hunter Biden repaying his father, who bought him a truck while Hunter was in the throes of drug and alcohol addiction. That explanation appears to be corroborated by emails obtained from Hunter Biden’s laptop, as reported by the New York Post last year.

https://www.factcheck.org/2023/12/gop-misleading-claims-in-biden-impeachment-investigation/

The laptop the keeps on exonerating Joe Biden, Ironical,no?

I never claimed that the laptop had no metadata. Quite the opposite What I have written is that Guiliani refused to share the metadata that could have confirmed the veracity of the laptop. All he had to do was provide a complete copy of all the documents. He refused NBC's request.

"The lack of major new revelations is perhaps the biggest reason the story has not gotten traction, but not the only one. Among others: Most mainstream news organizations, including NBC News, have not been granted access to the documents. NBC News asked by email, text, phone call and certified mail, and was ultimately denied."

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2020-election/here-s-what-happened-when-nbc-news-tried-report-alleged-n1245533

In hindsight, it's clear why Giuliani and company waited until it was nearly election day before releasing the contents of the laptop. They had it for months before selectively releasing the contents. There was nothing on it that showed criminal or even improper activity on the part of Joe Biden. So there was just enough time to raise a scandal but not enough to thoroughly refute allegations of criminality.

I think they were counting on the FBI (who had the laptop for a looong time) to do the right thing.  By the time it became clear they would bogart the information from the American voters, it was pretty close to the election.  So he decided the only way the voters would have the truth before the election was to release it.

His mistake was trusting the FBI and (51) intelligence officials to do what's best for America.

The FBI shouldn't have released the laptop since there was no good evidence of a crime contained in it. In fact, even if there was such evidence, it shouldn't have been released until charges were brought.

Lots of "repaying" in the Biden clan.

The House Commitee disagreed.  And of those entities, which were elected by the people, and which were unelected deep state actors?

Cant even indict him for mishandling classified info. But they sure would have you believe he was running the country.

The Democratic Party has always been the fount of corruption in US history and I defy any of the Trump deranged to debate that with me lol. They will just leave emojis

I don't see Biden as being classed as mentally fit by any legal authority after the year 2020.

He appeared to just be a sock puppet for other players.

About the $4,000 repayments, would Biden have even known he had a bank account at that time, let alone who paid what into it.

Not necessary as a defense since there is no good evidence that Joe Biden participated in any criminal scheme.

Go ahead, Give this piece of info your best shot. I defy any Trumpist to prove that this was a Democratic scandal.

"The Teapot Dome scandal was a political corruption scandal in the United States involving the administration of President Warren G. Harding. It centered on Interior Secretary Albert B. Fall, who had leased Navy petroleum reserves at Teapot Dome in Wyoming, as well as two locations in California, to private oil companies at low rates without competitive bidding.[1] The leases were the subject of an investigation by Senator Thomas J. Walsh. Convicted of accepting bribes from the oil companies, Fall became the first presidential cabinet member to go to prison, but no one was convicted of paying the bribes."

Someone has to be very ignorant of American history not to know about this.

What don't you understand about the fact the William Barr and John Durham set about precisely to prove that there was anti-Trump bias in the Justice dept and that they failed miserably to find it? Those 2 clowns publicly disagreed with  the Inspector General's report that political bias played no role in the investigation of Trump.

And because members of the House are elected therefore they are more trustworthy? Because they don't have a political agenda? Clearly, you are an inhabitant of Oppositeworld.

Teapot Dome. OK Ill raise you:

Hinky Dink Kenna, Bathhouse John Coughlin, The Outfit, Tammany Hall, Boss Tweed, Frank Costello, Bill Dwyer, Bill ODwyer, Sidney Hillman, Harry Truman, the Prendergasts, Huey Long,  JFK, LBJ, Bobby Baker, Joe Kennedy, Richard Croaker, Carmine DeSapio, Richard Daly....want more?

Gotta love the way the lefties are diverting attention from the Dem donation mules at ActBlue to discuss anything else.

More nonsense from you. The fact is that those payments were repayments for a loan. What does alleged senility have to do with that?

Here's what you wrote

"The Democratic Party has always been the fount of corruption in US history and I defy any of the Trump deranged to debate that with me lol. They will just leave emojis "

And now you're trying to wriggle out of your claim.

Here for a start is a list of scandals in the federal govt. It doesn't look to me like it's only or mainly composed of democrat

And what is it with your weird obsession with emojis? I can't recall anyone else in this forum showing any concern about emojis targeting them.
