Having seen the first 15 mins all I can say about the settlers is they are all building on land that is not theirs, it is the State of Palestine, under International Law.
Thai's have no problem being greeted with 'Hello'. In fact Thai's always answer their phone with 'Hello' and not in Thai.
Seems to me that the agrieved person is just another member of the "Forever Offended" group
I guess I would have to go with language from an Article in a signed treaty over a footnote in an HMRC digest....
...... particularly since we've heard utterances from the TRD that Thailand will grant tax credits for taxes paid in home country. But, it would be nice to know if such utterances are codified -- or just a TRD official's opinion...
But, if I were a Brit doing a Thai tax return -- I know which way my self-assessment would lean.
The BBC should run some checks on the people who are publishing news articles on their site .
