There exists an exceptionally small minority whose genetics and biological reality place them genuinely between the traditional sexes - and they deserve understanding, compassion, and respectful treatment.

 

But, let’s be honest: the loud, performative trans activists dominating the conversation seem entirely detached from these rare, legitimate cases....   If anything, they undermine genuine issues and do more harm than good to the cause they claim to represent.

Wow, you and Archie Bunker would make a great pair. How completely short sided and sophomoric can one be? How can you even think that your experience could even come close to someone else's?

 

While biologically a man is a man and a woman is a woman, their mental state and why they identify as opposite their biological gender is something nobody but that person can experience. How completely un-empathetic and ill informed to think that a couple days of "talking to a shrink" would somehow make it all better or change them.

most of the rabble realizes that this has nothing to do with being gay, it is a mental condition and the trans community have ruined what the LGB community has been doing for many years. There is nothing wrong with being gay, I have had many gay friends over many years and they have all been great people, there is also nothing wrong with those that want to be more feminine and do so without involving others. The problem is with the trans people that expect to be able to get all the same privileges as real women, be able to use female bathrooms etc and enter female sports etc, they are making a mockery of real women/girls as they are MEN and refuse to accept they are mentally damaged while running down the actual females. Anyone that supports men being called women are also mentally damaged as it is physically impossible for them to actually be a female.

"Male" and "female" are the two polar ends of the gender spectrum, which is biologically defined using physical traits, chromosomes, and hormones. All of us, including you and me, are somewhere in between the "perfect" extremes of male and female. I admit that most of us are very close to one of the extremes, but there are a significant number that are closer to one of the extremes, and a few that are closer to the middle. "Male" and "female" biologically, are to gender as "tall" and "short" are to height. There are a lot of people in between.

Men (or women) should not be able to just "say" they are women (men) to make it medically true. They would have to undergo a medical diagnosis on their physical attributes, chromosomes, and/or hormone levels, to make their claim medically true. 

The real problem is not whether their claims are medically true. The real problem is can they just "say" they are women or men to make that SOCIALLY true.
