Nonsense

Low levels of vitamin C can lead to constipation, as some studies have shown a link between vitamin C deficiency and constipation

The best thing you can buy in the UK are suppositories from Boots. They work in about 10 minutes, easier than enemas and no waiting over night wondering if what you took will work or not. Other than that anything with physillum in works well

Fiber can sometimes lead to constipation, especially if consumed in excessive amounts or if the body is not used to it. Insoluble fiber, which adds bulk to the stool, can help with constipation but may also worsen it if consumed too quickly or without adequate hydration.57 Soluble fiber, which absorbs water and forms a gel-like substance, can aid in softening the stool but might also contribute to constipation if the body does not tolerate it well.

A consistent diet with fiber from grains, fruit, vegetables, along with collagen will keep anyone regular. The BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) diet helps pretty quick. Of course enough water is needed during the day. Psyllium also works for constipation and diarrhea.

Also, for Felt35, seeing you're taking iron supplements, which cause constipation as you know, might look for a low elemental iron supplement unless you're already taking one.

I'll let you into a well kept secret, papaya seeds are excellent for keeping more than regular, apparently also kills parasite's which may be hiding. I blend half a tea spoon with my smoothie

Which is why I put dietary fibre and WATER.

No Boots suppositories do the trick, but don't think they stock them in Thai Boots
