Please. One alleged intercepted phone call is not a confirmation, The Ukraine  has its own  disinformation campaign too. Yes, Russian  personnel are not having a good time, but spring has come in Ukraine and they are no longer cold and damp. They have a strong logistics chain now and there are redundancies. Russia has dug in for the long term.

Because countries like India, Brazil and China, and much of the African continent will not respect any sanctions.  It would be best to enforce the existing sanctions and restrictions. Stop the money laundering in Monaco, Lichtenstein and the financial shenanigans in Belgium, UK, and Switzerland. Turkiye has to stop playing both sides.   The Russian oligarchs are still having fun in the sun.  China, Iran and North Korea supply Russia easily. Make it harder to do that first.
