He has moved it on! Where next is the question? He has put troops, including the regular armed forces into a State which is politically diametrically opposed to him politically, and which voted against him at his election. He will be loath to withdraw them.

When since 1965 has a Governor failed in his duties to his state and the constitution necessitating this completely legal deployment.

You are right that it was planned. ICE was enforcing arrest warrants. Since LA is a sanctuary city, they have to be creative.  So going to a workplace like Home Depot to arrest a felony warrant deviant is only natural.  Same thing happened in Houston, and it netted nearly 100 assorted molesters, rapists, gang bangers, etc.  

 

Troops were on teh street because local cops couldnt protect federal facilities. 

 

Now, look at the results. Calm LA.
