But in reality, a majority of Americans want ALL illigal immigrants deported.  Of course the violent ones get priority, but that does not mean that the others get ignored. So yes, may seem harsh, it is harsh, but the only way to stop illegals from comming and to cut the grass below the feet of the trafickers, is to deport the illegals on the spot.
