This is the nuts and bolts of what the US is trying to disrupt.

These centrifuges are a very hi tech item, extremely high tensile strength steel balanced better than a Swiss watch to be able to spin at 90,000 rpm

They don't have to lay in ruins to be disabled, the shockwave through the rock could be enough to unbalance things.

If Israel could do it as confirmed by the the International Atomic Energy Agency then I'm pretty sure the US with its massive increased bombing capacities could also.

Centrifuges at Iran's underground uranium enrichment plant at Natanz were likely to have been "severely damaged if not destroyed altogether" following Israeli strikes on Friday, the head of the global nuclear watchdog has told the BBC.

Rafael Grossi of the International Atomic Energy Agency said this was a result of power cuts caused by the attack, in which an above-ground plant was "completely destroyed" and the electrical installation sustained "almost total damage".

Satellite Images Undermine Trump’s Claim Iran’s Atomic Sites Destroyed

Trump said heavily fortified sites were “totally obliterated” late Saturday, but independent analysis has yet to verify that claim.

Satellite images taken on Sunday of Fordow and distributed by Maxar Technologies show new craters, possible collapsed tunnel entrances and holes on top of a mountain ridge. They also show that a large support building on the Fordow site, which operators may use to control ventilation for the underground enrichment halls, remained undamaged.

There were no radiation releases from the site, the IAEA reported. US Air Force General Dan Caine told a news conference on Sunday that an assessment of “final battle damage will take some time.”

Don't worry, "if" the final damage assessment is clear that the centrifuges where not knocked out then I am sure the US can just go back and finish them off.

Because there was no radiation release does not mean the centrifuges could not have been destroyed. Iran had already stated it had moved the radioactive material away

A large number of German immigrants most certainly were. The German American Bund was holding rallies in many US cities. The largest was the infamous Madison Square Gardens rally, which had 20,000 in attendance. Huge for the era. The Bund was openly pro-Nazi and engaged in political activities that were anti American. One of the more notorious events was the attack on the German language New Yorker Staats-Zeitung .Their demands included more pro-Nazi articles and  more articles denouncing western European democracies. The Bund attempted to take control of multiple German American organizations. Its downfall came when  when Socialists and patriotic ethnic Germans participated in a campaign against the Bund.

The Bund was  eventually undone because of its internal corruption. Revisionist historians would have us believe that the American German community was wholly opposed to the Nazis, when that was not the case. The people who were opposed are those who had fled German persecution and wanted nothing to do with the Germany of old; the Mennonites and other Christians, Jews, and socialists. Most 3rd and older generation Americans who had German heritage, did not consider themselves German, but American and were not interested in the Bund and its hate. The ethnic German socialists were some of the USA's most patriotic and they rallied against the Bund. However, there were still tens of thousands of nazi supporters  who had to be dealt with in WWII.

Cut and paste from google or AI?

I know you didn’t know that.

Regardless,  they didn’t succeed in America.

America number 1!  Show some respect towards your liberators.

I'm sure they do. I'm also sure that they consider being the largest state sponsor of terrorism justified.

The US has that covered

Pretty sure the bombing is considered an act of war by Iran. The US is a bully in these regards, all ways has been, thats why they are hated worldwide.

This is only done for the terrorist state of Israel.

Trump shod concentrate on the US, and not what every other preside t before him has done, thays what people voted for.

People are sick and tired of US forever wars

That is why the voted for Trump right?

Better not believe a single word he says.

The phrase."At least he did not start a war" is still resounding in the simple MM  minds.

Sucks to be Iran then.

Sure, any dictatorship. US also supports dictatorships e.g. The Shah of Iran (I guess one of the root causes of Death to America) who when overthrown the oppressed became the oppressor as per usual.

BTW, are you advocating the violent overthrow of Trump? Tell the Forum who in the world is calling for that? Your terrorist allies? Is their a country that will be seeking to overthrow our govt by force?

Have another twinkie before Mommy calls you upstairs for dinner.

Sure different that the last Trump admin huh? Looks like the number of  left over potential traitors from the last admin has been reduced.

I wouldnt doubt that AOC would leak if she knew about it, since she clearly hates her country.

Where did my post mention violence, or call for it? Is that the only form of govt change you recognise, Jan 6 style?

Some 250 years ago you overthrow a mad king, seems things have gone full circle.

I will not stoop to your level and finish with some weird comment about mommy and twinkle. Very strange.

It is the act of a chicken/coward/bully to drop bombs on a technologically and militarily inferior nation. A brave man would engage in talk to address problems between sworn enemies, rather than endanger the lives of innocent American citizens around the world.

Inane comment. I have very few heroes, and do not consider any country heroic.

Before you throw any more baseless slurs based on wrong assumptions, my sister is currently being evacuated from the American embassy in Beirut.

Good theatre. All important assets were removed from sites.
I think attacks on Israel will intensify now. Exodus 2.0 has already begun albeit difficult due to government not allowing citizens to leave,  bit like Hamas and human shield narrative. Why do Israelites love that piece of land so much. They’re doing so well in western countries.

Well you didnt say impeachment did you (which of course keeps the Trump "regime" in place anyway) or use the word elections, and peaceful demonstrations by some loons in the streets dont overthrow governments.

You picked the word and got caught. Instead of arguing, why dont you just retire from the field with the tiny shred of dignity you have left.

Yes, it was pretty impressive in a riding the ragged edge of doom sort of way.

Trump says "obliterated" while the Pentagon says "crippled".

Mission not accomplished.

Do you live under a stone or not read the news??

The United States did engage in diplomatic efforts with Iran before military actions in June 2025. According to reports, U.S.-Iran negotiations began on April 12, 2025, with the Trump administration pushing for Iran to abandon its nuclear enrichment program. U.S. officials assessed that Iran was in a weak position and might return to the negotiating table, with potential high-level talks involving Special Envoy Steve Witkoff.

However the talks between the U.S. (via Special Envoy Steve Witkoff) and Iran in 2025 ultimately failed to prevent escalation. Despite multiple meetings, including direct talks on April 12, 2025, and June 13, 2025, in Oman focusing on Iran’s nuclear program and a potential ceasefire, the negotiations did not yield a lasting agreement. Key points:

The talks aimed to halt Iran’s nuclear enrichment in exchange for de-escalation, but Iran’s demands and the U.S.’s insistence on verifiable commitments led to a stalemate.

Israel’s unilateral strikes on Iran’s nuclear and military facilities starting June 13, 2025, and Iran’s retaliatory missile attacks, further derailed diplomatic efforts.
