Once a person is stripped of US citizenship, they are automatically in breach of the Law. The government would be fairly free to shift the goalposts of who could be denaturalised. So, if they are stripped of citizenship, it would be straightforward to argue that the state is not rendering them stateless, because they already have another nationality. eg Irish. Other countries that base citizenship on jus sanguinis include Portugal, Poland, Italy, Germany, Hungary.
