  • This will be another Thai bashing thread. I am guessing you can’t understand Thai language so everything they say you can’t make sense out of? The list will be endless.

Tip - put the wet towel on a rack in the bathroom.

Wet towel on the bed. Do all thai women do this?

Its the equivalent if i were to walk around the house with my shoes on. Me having to sleep on wet sheets

Never heard of any Thai person doing that. May I perhaps suggest buying a functioning air conditioner?

They have tampons in Thailand. It sounds like one lazy girl.

Do Thai use tampons?

Can not exercise when period seems to be common among Thai women.

Instead of buying a bottle of shampoo and conditioner, buy one packs at 7/11 when needed instead.

Lying in the bed in bad mood acting like a child when u say NO!!!

Anyway im single so if they act like that i just tell them to leave and pick up another one.

This is called a wet dream. Usually only happens when you're young.

Nothing worse than lying in a wet bed, wet towel or sweat feels the same

Nice, sticky wet spot is good, though!

How would anyone know if ALL Thai women do this? From the few I have known, none of them had this habit. You seem to be an 'angryguy'

Having 2 baht in the ear for toilet fee.

It's 3 baht where do they keep the other one?

The extra one is strategically placed to stop the drips until they can find the toilet.

Everything is built at crotch level, tables, kitchen and bathroom countertops. Everything needs to be custom-made.

Thai/Sense (or maybe you mean logic)  a paradox from a Farang point of view.

But not from a Thai point of view.

My Thai gf won't kill a fly - yet she happily eats pork.

I have asked how that sits with her Buddhist beliefs - there is never an answer.

I can only surmise that the issue is about her - not animals.

1. Taking shoes off before entering the house then after entering the house, picking something up off a dirty floor and putting it on a food preparation surface.

2. Leaving shoes in front of the door. Not just to the left of the door. Not just to the right of the door. Must be left where they can do maximum damage.

Next will be 'what do you love about Thailand?' '

I love that even poor old ladies can make a few cents selling bananas to tourists at the temple... most kindly people will even pay a few cents extra if asked to help support these pitiable human beings who are in dire straights...

One time, back in the days of internet stores, I walked into a shop run by a young fellow.. There was a huge pile of kids shoes right in the doorway. I remember thinking that my proper father would be incensed by such a pile where people could easily trip and fall - then I would have to tell him, this is Thailand - nobody will fall because everyone knows there are shoes in the doorway... chill out. you are in Thailand. You must adapt to the other culture, not the other way around,

Maybe it doesn't make sense from a Farang perspective but it's their culture not ours.

Maybe they're Thai people in Thailand and we're foreigners who are not from Thailand?

OK. I'll come round your house and piss on your shoes. PM your address

She didn't kill the pig.  Thais don't really do causality.  They release imprisoned animals, believing that it is good karma, when, in reality, they are causing those animals to suffer, making bad karma for themselves.

I'm always amused by this. They buy fish to release for the Karma then another "fish seller" (or even the same one ) can catch them again to sell. Is this a definition of Capitalism?

Take your life in your hands when approaching a roundabout if your on a moter cycle.

Huh?

are you saying its my fault?

you choose to be with her

you were unable to teach her to keep her towel off the bed

you were unable to do it yourself

you were unable to just accept her behavior

do you need more to demonstrate your irresponsibility?

My ex wife and girlfriend now didn't bother killing flies until I explained to them what flies do, along with mosquitoes. Then they got their own fly swatters and electronic tennis rackets. My girlfriend now is an expert fly and mosquito killer with that racket and swatter.

I once sat outside her home with a fly swatter and killed 102 flies in a short time. I know insects have their purposes, including mosquitoes, but there are way too many that aren't doing what they're designed to do but just annoy people, especially those who naturally attract insects because of their scent. Gnats, flies, mosquitoes, black flies, ants, centipedes and others which are way too over populated and just there annoying people trying to eat or enjoy outside activities.

When I first moved here, staying at my ex wife's mom's house while our house was being built, and saw them eating, daily, with flies landing on the food. I was the only one trying to get them away. Like you said, they won't kill insects, but will eat them, like puppies and kittens but hate and let dogs and cats roam free, causing problems not being fixed. Buddhism might be the go to religion here, but as far as practicing it how it's meant to be, that falls by the wayside and greed and a lack of common sense takes over.

They place the wet towel on the bed in case of bed wetting, no loss of face.

It was the wet towel   Honest  :cheesy:
