July 5, 2025Jul 5 Every year since Immigration started demanding proof of the TM30 for extensions, I've simply presented the e-mail of the landlords TM30 application. But this time, the landlord handed me this: Is this a new thing? Is this adequate for Immigration as the required extension document? The landlord told me it is only valid for 7 days.
July 5, 2025Jul 5 No, not a new thing. This is your tm30 receipt from your landlord that was issued off registration website, it’s just as legitimate as the one you get from the IO.
July 5, 2025Jul 5 Are people still updating the TM30 every time they depart and arrive in Thailand (Internationally)? My landlord lets me take care of the TM30 myself and I've been doing that online but not sure if immigration even cares?

If you have the login information, there's absolutely no reason not to do it every time. Then you will neve have any problems.
