True. My girlfriend is a very good cook, and she makes things for me not so spicy, as she and her sons loves very hot. My ex wife and her mom are also good cooks. The many times I've eaten out here have mostly been okay. Some pretty bad and some very good. The best Thai food I've had, besides mentioned, has been in restaurants in New Jersey and Texas, those done by people from Thailand with more quality control and cleanliness to keep with the laws there. The green curry my girlfriend makes is almost the same as Thai Spice and Sushi's in the San Antonio area. They're from Korat. -
