Sure, its tough to argue with someone that thinks that a Federal Judge sits and looks at every lawsuit commenced to "approve" it. Before its even served or the defendant has seen it.

Of course they will not look at every lawsuit filed, although I'm sure they have the personel for that, but on high profile cases involving the POTUS they will obviously waste no time if there are no grounds for it.

By the Court sua sponte or by Motion After the action is commenced? How the are allegations of the complaint treated in determining such a motion? Show us one where they have done so. Show me one case where Rule 3 has been violated. Tell us what circumstance one can get an ex parte TRO in federal Court and whether were any tried against Trump. If an exparte TRO application fails, can the Court dismiss the action on its own initiative before service?. Show us any rule, other than prisoner Pro Se practice by local rule, where the sufficiency of any document is looked at by anyone before the action starts. Tell us whether motions for insufficient claims or jurisdicion in any way can be reserved for discovery.
