How far a walk to the Ekamai (assuming) BTS?

What difference does the 'reason for selling' actually make? Whether he’s offloading the place because the building’s getting knocked down in two years or the neighbours are straight out of a horror film – you’re never going to find out anyway. The reason is irrelevant. He wants to sell - thats it.

As for the balcony view – did you not look at the photos? They clearly show both the interior courtyard from the main door and the external balcony view.

5.7 MB for 116 sqm?  a solid deal.

....And... now the poor OP is about to get swamped by chancers asking if there's a 'rent-to-buy' option on the table !!!!...

Show me where my questions were answered.

Besides bathroom, kitchen and floor needs a complete modern makeover.

Bingo!  Anyone not willing to honestly share this information (transparency) deserves to be walked away from.  I certainly would/will.

5.7 solid deal?  Are you the owners mate or the owner?

If so, why not show the actual view while sitting/standing on the balcony.

Size is admirable compared to new units but a makeover, especially in the bathroom will be reason for more price reduction.

Why do Thai buit bathroom never have under sink cabinets or storage.  8th wonder of the world.

Still looking for the Ekamai BTS reference.  Maybe you can point it out.

BTW, I’m always a cash buyer.

It's not near Ekkamai BTS. The MRT station (Orange Line  - Ramkamhaeng University stop) is about 100 metres away and although trains were test run 2 (?)  years ago on the eastern section they can't operate until they can run through to the terminus at the end of the western section of the Orange Line, which is on schedule for 2027.

The balcony is mine. Watch the vid - Tara Ruan Ake Vid - on YouTube

The shot of me looking fat is an optical illusion created by mirrors at a 90 degree angle. I hadn't noticed before and I won't use this image again. 555. Watch the walk through “Tara Ruan Ake Vid” on YouTube. I'm reflected in the other bathroom here (no optical illusion).

The reason I'm selling now is that time waits for no man. I planned to wait until after the Orange Line opens and it rises in value, but my girlfriend lives and works at a distance so I'm moving there.

Nice bong!

But seriously….you need to declutter your place before you take photos.
