What difference does the 'reason for selling' actually make? Whether he’s offloading the place because the building’s getting knocked down in two years or the neighbours are straight out of a horror film – you’re never going to find out anyway. The reason is irrelevant. He wants to sell - thats it.

As for the balcony view – did you not look at the photos? They clearly show both the interior courtyard from the main door and the external balcony view.
