AIS Playbox?

Featured Replies

A week or two ago, AIS updated my playbox.

Now it is mostly useless.  I still have a half dozen news channels in English, but gone are the other programs I used to get.

No more :favorites: no more Discover or food network....etc.

I'm going to go to the main office tomorrow and complain,,,but I doubt they give a poo poo.

Anyone else notice the change?

Did your one year promotion period just expire?

I use to have CNN, BBC and lots of other stuff available for FREE, but after a year they expect you are addicted and throw a bill at you.

Sounds like your subscription might have ended or you've been logged out.

Why would you think they wouldn't care, have you called them? In my experience AIS have excellent customer service.

I do have a Playbox and have noticed no change but then I only watch the sports channels really.

Unless you are paying for AIS Play Family, don't bother to waste your time in going there. It's how these companies get people to subscribe. Pull you in with certain free content and then to move that content into a paid for bundle.

There is a way to get the Family option for 50 or 59 baht per month, but it involves getting a new AIS SIM.

stick to the ais play application for both IOS, Android and the web. Ditch the hardware playbox. No need for it anyway.
