I expect the police to investigate allegations of such behavior, prosecute such behavior and a Jury in an open court to determine if the alleged crime was indeed committed

I assume you have watched the video.

What's YOUR opinion? Was he inciting violence in your opinion?

So, he didnt actually put this finger across his throat in a throat cutting gesture ?

It was a false accusation ?

We are living in a very dark period in terms of freedom of speech in the UK. A right winger speaking out against the government's failed immigration policy faces the very real risk of jail time. I hope Lucy and her daughter can get over this disgusting injustice.

Unless it's your boy Ricky Jones, right 2 Tier? Been very quiet on that one.

Political prisoner? You are joking right?

Ricky Jones encouraging throats to be cut.

(on a side note public opinion seems to be very much against the verdict in this case, just read the comments below)

It's hardly a laughing matter.

After conviction? Yes.

I do not believe the government should be declaring it's citizens criminals before they are even charged. That's like something from Stalin's Soviet Union.

Ever heard of due process?

It didn’t

Yes he did ‘put his finger across his throat’, the meaning of which is open to interpretation.

A jury in an open court of law determined that it wasn’t a criminal act.

Where every single one of those arrested people charged with criminal acts?

If not then it cannot be claimed the Government was stating guilt for those arrested.

Many were charged and the majority charged where found guilty and/or admitted their guilt.

Thereafter they faced ‘the full force of the law’.

Nobody who was arrested but not charged ‘faced the full force of the law’.

I didn’t watch the video.

I don’t need to.

I read the jury verdict.

Case closed!

The government was labelling them criminals before they were tried and convicted.

Where is the due process?

What I find really weird is that Palestinians ,  Nazis , Woman and Children all get a mention in the video  .

Those four categories seem to go together and frequently get a group mention .

Its like people are getting brainwashed into keep mentioning those four categories

Typical mealy mouthed, dishonest response that I expected.

If you have to lie Chomps, you might be on the wrong side. 😃

Clearly the Government were not.

As evidence by the fact many arrested were not charged.

It’s a response based of FACTS.

Except for the arrested individuals who were never charged of any crime.

You know the one who are not criminals.

I don’t know, I don’t have access to the Jury’s deliberations.

Acquitted.

How do you personally interpret someone drawing a finger across their throats whilst calling for all their throats to be cut?

If you’ve got a point to make, then make it.

Or are all your opinions gift wrapped for you?

You are no expert on the law and neither am I.

For me to answer would take several hundred words which you probably wouldn't read, so its far easier to  listen to someone who actually knows what he is talking about! I have listened to the BBB and I agree with him!

Surely getting all the facts from someone who know them is prudent, before making an informed opinion?

The only thing I need to know about the law in this case is the defendant pled not guilty and therefore was tried in an open Crown Court before a Jury.

The Jury saw the evidence, heard testimony, heard the prosecution case, heard the defense case.

Deliberated on what was presented and acquitted the accused.

I also know acquittal is case closed.

I think trial in open court in front of a jury is a great system, not perfect, but far better than trial by anonymous posters on Internet forums.

If you're not going to be honest there is little point debating with you.

Watch the video, makes for better debate, that's what the forum is for.

Refusing to watch it just shows weakness.
