What happens when you eat prunes every day

Featured Replies

I would eat prunes EVERY day, if I knew were to buy them.

I seldom see prunes advertised on the ads I receive, while posting on TV.

Let me know if you find a good source of prunes.

I would prefer dried prunes.

Or, what about figs?

I have no interest in plums.

After my battle with hemorrhoids...
I stuck in my thumb...

Pulled out a plum.

This has put me off plums for life.

Never seen any fresh prunes in shops, but Makro has them in vacuum sealed bags, cant remember if they were in a freezer or not, also Foodland has them on the shelves amongst the dried fruits, have seen  two brands in there, one packed in a smallish box and the other a slightly bigger box, cant remember the prices of any of them.

Saw a similar article not that long ago and you could forget the plums, you would  have to eat a significant amount to have any benefit.

I went to Morocco recently and a couple of times they served up caramelised prunes, absolutely delicious, certainly topped the required intake that week.
