This is someting that had t happen.  No matter what we think the U.S. and Canada are attached.  There is a lot of business and brainpower in Canada that develops for the U.S.

 

We are also dependent on each other for much of our trade.  Every once in a while, we have presidents who want to flex their muscles, and we have PMs and parties that think they can go alone.

One of the reasons Trump used tough trade tariffs was because of Canada's weak effort to

stop Illegals and fentanyl  from coming through the Canada/USA border.
