    Sweet Jesus, that's a very quick turnaround.  The drink driving incident only occurred on Sunday (24 August).

Whilst I agree with you about how little the 4k is for people with this wealth, I've never heard of a government that fines people as a function of their wealth. Good idea, I think, but probably rarely (never?) done. But hopefully the community service penalty will be dissuasive.
