Amazon Firestick - How to access western sport, movies etc..?

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone,

I thought when I bought the firestick I would be able to get top sports, movies, BBC, Sky etc by buying software for something like $50-100 per year. Does anyone know where I can get this and what the best options are?

Thanks!

Go on Youtube and look at downloading apps that will allow you to watch all you need without payment....

With Firestick, you will need to use a VPN to get access to local channels. Nord and Surfshark are just a few very good ones available. Search for best VPN for the country you want to watch.  Use the search function on Firestick, then download it. The VPN subscription is very cheap and not worth a discussion, but that will get you access to local channels anywhere in the world. You turn on the VPN and keep it running, even when your TV is off. I get all access to U.S. TV shows and movies via apps already installed on Firestick, plus other apps I installed. With ads, of course, but far more tolerable than the cable channels with running ad times longer than the show itself.

I get the shows and movies in English all for free. NO subscription. I started with a Sling subscription but canceled it when I noticed I was paying for lame movies, when the free channels (with ads) had much better content. If you are into sports, then that usually requires a subscription of some kind. Sling, YoutubeTV, etc. are just a few that offer.

Never buy anything like this you are not OK with losing. Most prefer to pay monthly for services they are not familiar with.

Download Wizztv onto your Firestick 3300 Baht for 1 year. Has all the sports channels you will need.

No problem with Wizz as it works fine and for 3300 Baht if you can't afford to lose it then naturally don't buy.

This is the way to do it.

Do check that it has all your required channels before signing up.

Not directed at you but I received a number of emails about this.

Sorry if I have caused confusion here

What i am talking about is a private torrent site.

The site also offers access to iptv etc but only the downloads are free not the streaming.

I stand corrected.  This is not the way to do it.

I can endorse the Firestick approach to streaming content.  My UK-provided Amazon Firestick service has lots of streaming, movies, etc.  I largely use mine for live Sky F1 races (in UHD) and Clarkson's Farm episodes.

Yes,  you get a VPN. Then you can watch BBC, ITV, Channel 4, whatever you like. An Android Box is good for this but you can do it on a mini pc as well.

Live nettv ocean streamz now working again no vpn needed🤔

I purchased a YouTube subscription. I have a VPN. I immediately got a notice informing me that I could travel a limited number of days so I cancelled it. My VPN got me into the US but YouTube could see that my ip address did not match my home address. I don’t know how to get around this.

I think it's thetvapp.to    requires a VPN

I can never get a NFL stream to start, always says its too busy. Sometimes SD starts for a few seconds.

A lot of semi-legal aggregators and restreamers have been shut down in the last few weeks...either by their choice or the authorities.
