george Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Fire destroy 30 Bangkok slum houses BANGKOK: -- About 30 houses of a slum community in Bangkok were brought to the ground in a massive fire that broke out early Monday morning. Police said there were so far no injuries reported in the blaze that broke out at the Mittrapapr Community in Nong Bon sub-district, Praves district at 3 am. About 20 fire engines took about an hour to put out the fire. Police have yet to determine the cause of the fire. -- The Nation 2007-08-13
