Every year since 2020, public health officials have demonstrated a lack of awareness, a disregard for science, data and evidence, and a desire to compel behavior. And, perhaps more importantly, they’ve shown no intent to admit they were wrong or to revisit the claims made by Anthony Fauci and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

 

As a reminder, an overwhelming amount of observational data showed that during the early pandemic period, masks failed to slow or stop the spread of COVID anywhere on earth. As a tacit acknowledgment of that data, health officials moved seamlessly to recommending double cloth masking, then layered masking, then double surgical masks, then N95 masks. They ignored when their predictions of doom, that areas without masking would perform worse than those that listened—were proven spectacularly wrong.

 

Every single study conducted on masking during the pandemic, including one in Denmark and another in Bangladesh, confirmed there was no benefit to mask-wearing. Then a gold-standard evidence review, compiling all available high-quality studies, showed the same. None of it has mattered, because it’s September 2025 and public health officials are demanding more masking anyway.

Of course they will not meet your criteria for being 'gold standard' as the Big Pharma compromised 'trustworthy' medical journals refuse to publish any studies that go against the interests of their 'masters'.  And when published they are then dismissed, because of not being in an accepted journal.

An uninfected person is 30% less likely to become infected if they are wearing masks.

 

An infected person is 70% less likely to pass on their infection if they are wearing a mask.

There are times it's advisable to wear a mask. I wore one myself many moons ago when visiting a wood yard.

 

However you stated 'uninfected'** & 'infected' The context you put them it in is incorrect. And 'll explain why. Studies have shown, many by the US Military, that infection cannot be passed on, from one to another, in the way you suggest.

Wikipedia. If you want to learn about the Lesser Spotted Field Toad, Wikipedia is your place. But anything that 'could' be controversial gets quickly politicised.

 

I used to update some Wiki pages, mostly on sport, especially football, swimming and triathlon, but other topics too. I updated the Richie Allen Show, because someone had stated something that I knew was not true, and within 10 minutes it was changed. I contacted Richie and he said 'Let it go' and 'don't  bother'. This has happened a number of times. Now I can't be bothered with the platform. Although, as I say, for lesser things it is great.

 

There is a huge number of people out there, some probably paid, to stop any semblance of the truth recorded on Wiki. George Galloway tried to find out who was rubbishing his Wiki page a few years back.
