Kaeng Krachan National Park has launched Operation Huai Khom Krit, a six-day anti-poaching mission running from September 8 to 13. Led by the park chief and supported by 32 patrol officers, the initiative targets an area rife with illegal wildlife hunting and trade. In a separate crackdown nearby, rangers arrested a 66-year-old man exhibiting signs of poaching gear that included a musket, ammunition, and knives.
