Call them.  They may be able to solve your issue.

How can you set a new password if the old one is supposedly wrong? You need to be logged in to change it - Have you checked your keyboard settings? i.e. US / ENG etc? as if you use special characters, like " or @ they can be in the wrong position depending upon the keyboard settings. (don't ask how I know)

Are you using a VPN ?. If so turn it off for Lazada

I use Lazada and Aliexpress but Shopee is dead to me because of the same phone number issue.  When I started phone service with AIS the number given to me had already been registered to Shopee by the former user of the number.  I tried everything but there simply is no path to resolution.  There has to be thousands of potential customers locked out of these shopping apps over this ridiculous issue which must be costing the app companies a mountain of money.   They've had years to recognize this problem and come up with a solution but nothing changes.  Incompetence on a colossal scale.

 

I imagine that over time the entire pool of Thailand phone numbers will have been registered once to these apps.  After that these dumbf*cks will be wondering why they don't get any new customers.

Especially in a market like Thailand, where people change SIMs like they change underwear.

 

I've got Thai friends where I have 5 or 6 old phone numbers for them in my contact list.  They seem to swap whenever a provider has a new introductory offer.

A little update I rang Lazada and they said it may take up to a week for them to sort it, they will send an email.

I got the same reply, but I only stay in Thailand a few days a month so I wasn't around in a week.  And my email linked to Lazada is Gmail, which is blocked here in China.  I also want to change that email address, but I have to be logged into Lazada to do that. Vicious circle...

Register a new email address with any of those free mailer services (gmail, hotmail etc.) and then open a new Lazada account. I could not be asred with the non-existing customer service; most don't know and the others promise to call back which never happens ........

Did that and it keeps going to my old email that I can not access.

I got an email from Lazada today, I followed their steps NOPE ! still locked out !

About 10yrs ago i ordered some make up for my wife.  A name brand at a fraction of the normal retail price.

When it arrived and i opened it up it was all water damaged stock that had just been repackaged.   

There was no contact at all for the supplier,  so i emailed Lazada and told them my situation and asked if there was a return address i could use, but i git no response.   I sent them a second email but still no response.   I then sent them a third email saying i was going to show the damaged stock on Facebook and the type of companies they were dealing with.    THAT GOT ACTION,    I got an email from them telling me i was barred for life.    As others here have said, "there are other companies with the same products"  and less problems.

Just press the "Forgot Password" link and it'll send you an email allowing you to set a new one.

They told me they did not have my number on file for 2 years.... Then one day I tried Lazada again it worked..... Fools
