A Cuban national, who officials say is in the US illegally, has admitted to using a machete to kill a man in Dallas, according to a court affidavit filed in the case.

The suspect is accused of attacking and ultimately beheading another man in a violent incident at an area motel Wednesday.

I normally wouldn't post something like this, but it's a red state, and the guy has a long record. Had ICE been doing what they said they were going to do, and focused on the worst offenders instead of rounding up people looking for day work at home depot or harvesting produce, etc, this guy would have been long gone and the victim would still be alive... But I guess Stephen Miller's quota has to be met.

He was released from ICE on January 13 because Cuba wouldn't take him back and lefty judges won't let Trump send him to a 3rd country without a fight all the way to the SCOTUS.  Why would they spend the time, money and resources to pick him up again if a lefty judge would just release him?  Again.

 

While that fight's going on, he beheaded someone and kicked the severed head around a parking lot.

 

This murder is on the lefties and the liberal judges who are fighting for criminal illegals instead of for the citizens of the USA. 

 

BTW, who was President on Jan 13 when he was released, in spite of his rap sheet?
