A 12-year-old boy sustained multiple injuries after jumping from a three-storey school building in Sukhothai. The incident occurred at around 21:10 on 16 September 2025 in Ban Suan sub-district, Mueang district. Rescue teams from Ruamkatanyu Foundation Sukhothai arrived promptly to provide first aid and transport the boy to Sukhothai Hospital.

On arrival, rescuers found the boy lying in front of the building with both arms and his left leg visibly broken and deformed. Initial medical treatment was provided on-site before he was urgently taken to hospital for further care. The severity of his injuries indicated the impact from the fall was significant.

Friends of the boy reported that he had been involved in a dispute with his family and girlfriend earlier in the day. He rode his bicycle to the school before contacting friends to inform them of his intention to jump. When his friends arrived, they discovered that he had already leapt from the third floor.

Authorities noted that incidents involving emotional distress among children and adolescents can escalate quickly without intervention. Local rescue teams emphasised the importance of monitoring mental health and providing support for young people experiencing family or personal conflicts. The school administration has been informed and is cooperating with authorities to support the boy and his family.

Police and rescue personnel continue to document the incident and gather statements from witnesses. Medical staff are providing ongoing care and an assessment of both physical and psychological recovery will follow. Officials urged families to be vigilant and communicate with children to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Things are speeding up, for very young children, due to exposure to various types of media, obviously, at an earlier age.

As well, the "grow fast" pumped into all the food is speeding up their physical aging process while the brain can't keep up.
