August 14, 200718 yr I understand the air pollution is generally worse in the cool season. Is a trip up there in EARLY November rather than late November a better chance to avoid the really bad air? Signed, Asthma Guy
August 14, 200718 yr Well, it gets bad onwards in February, March and/or April. November/December and probably all of January there's no issues. Also consdider that the coolest temperatures and nicest weather are in December-January as well.

Signed, Asthma Guy The air is great until the beginning of hot season - around the end of Febuary. Any time in November is great, but it might be cooler at the end of the month.
