Bad Air During The Cool Season In Cm

Featured Replies

I understand the air pollution is generally worse in the cool season.

Is a trip up there in EARLY November rather than late November a better chance to avoid the really bad air?

Well, it gets bad onwards in February, March and/or April. November/December and probably all of January there's no issues.

Also consdider that the coolest temperatures and nicest weather are in December-January as well.

The air is great until the beginning of hot season - around the end of Febuary. Any time in November is great, but it might be cooler at the end of the month. :o

Yeah, cool season good on the lungs, hot season bad. Its that simple.

Jingthing, really fine air quality here except for about late Feb through end of April; burning season.

And we will be whinging about it endlessly up here then....

Anytime in Nov should be fine.
